After playing all 68 Haydn Quartets in concert, the first-ever Haydn Cycle in America on period instruments, the New Esterhálzy Quartet have picked some of their favorites to play for NVCM, including Op. 64, NO.6 in Eb major (1791), Op. 20, NO.5 in f minor (1772) Op. 9, No.4 in d minor (1771), and Op. 54, No.2 in C major (1788). http://www.newesterhazy.org

This young American dramatic soprano, a recent Adler Fellow with San Francisco Opera, has already received international acclaim performing in Berlin and France as well as the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. She and Allen Perriello will thrill us with arias from romantic and contemporary operas.
